Responsibilities
- Creating and implementing comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Conducting market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, traditional advertising, and social media.
- Setting campaign goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Developing engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, such as websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.
- Overseeing content creation, distribution, and tracking its effectiveness.
- Monitoring market trends and analyzing competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Analyzing digital marketing performance and optimizing campaigns for better results.
- Managing digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Over 5 years of relevant marketing experience, with progressive responsibility, is expected.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills to develop effective marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Experience in managing and leading marketing teams, including setting goals and providing guidance.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret marketing data, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creativity and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling marketing messages and presenting marketing plans to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- The ability to work from our office from 15:00 to 23:00.
